The County of Elk Commissioners are proud to announce that the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) will be opening up a second round for applications to the Digital Connectivity Technology Program, a Capital Projects Fund on April 1, 2025.
This program was created to provide digital devices to facilitate broadband internet access. Eligibility for the program is limited to public-facing institutions, such as libraries, community schools, municipalities, and not-for-profit organizations.
