At the July 18, 2017 Commissioners Meeting, the Elk County Commissioners awarded 2 additional 2017 Elk County Marcellus Shale Scholarships.
Pictured here are Commissioners Matt Quesenberry and Dan Freeburg with Emily Dillinger and her mother. Emily will be studying Toxicology at Penn State University.
The second recipient is John Paul Cerroni who is pictured here with Commissioners Matt Quesenberry and Dan Freeburg.
John Paul is studying Mechanical Engineering at Catholic University.
