Elk County Drug Task Force
The prosecution of criminals and juvenile cases, including criminal investigations with state and area police department are just a few of the duties falling to the Elk County District Attorney. Additionally, they are responsible for handling trial cases and all criminal appeals to the Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania.
The Elk County Drug Task Force has been established to investigate criminal conduct to identify and apprehend offenders for prosecution, focusing on narcotics investigation, and to assist citizens in the prevention of crime.
The Elk County Drug Task Force is led by the Elk County Detective, with membership from the Johnsonburg, Ridgway, and St. Marys Police Departments. The Task Force works closely with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Drug Strike Force.

In addition to the public information available on this site, specialized eServices are available to users with a secure login. These include secure docket sheets for the three levels of court; secure court calendars for common pleas courts and magisterial district courts; statewide warrants; and attorney registration. Approval for certain secure services must be granted by a county clerk of court or district court administrator.

Knowledge whether a person is a registered sexual offender could be a significant factor in protecting yourself, your family members, or persons in your care from recidivist acts by registered sexual offenders. Public access to information about registered sexual offenders is intended solely as a means of public protection, any other use prohibited.
